※参加受付は、各オークション開催日前日の15時までとなっております。早めの受付をお願い申し上げます。
ライブビッディングシステムご利用には初回のみ、お客様登録が必要です。
To use the Live Bidding System, please register as a Shinwa Auction member in advance.
❶ すでにオンライン事前入札（Web書面入札）をご利用いただいたことがある方 / Already used Online Bidding（Web Absentee Bidding）
弊社のオークションにオンライン事前入札（Web書面入札）をされたことがある場合は、同じIDとパスワードでご利用いただけます。
If you made an Online Bidding (Web Absentee Bidding) for our action before, it can use same ID and password to login the Live Bidding page.
❷ オークションのご利用があり、オンライン事前入札（Web書面入札）・ライブビッディングシステムのご利用が初めての方 / Already participate our auction before and new for using the Online Bidding（Web Absentee Bidding）and the Live Bidding System
これまでに弊社オークションに参加したことがあるお客様は、登録の確認のため、オンラインサービスの申し込み・新規お客様登録カードをご入力お願いいたします。
登録情報の確認後、メールにてパスワード設定のリンクをお送りいたします。
弊社からのメール（touroku@shinwa-auction.com）がブロックされていないことや迷惑メールに入っていないことをご確認ください。

After confirmed your registration information, we will send you a password setting link by email.
Please make sure that the email (touroku@shinwa-auction.com) it is not blocked or spam to the inbox.
❸ まだご登録のない方（初めてご参加の方） / New Client
弊社を初めて利用されるお客様は、オンラインサービスの申し込み・新規お客様登録カードをご入力お願いいたします。
内容確認後、ご入力いただきました住所宛てに配達確認ができる方法で登録完了のお知らせをいたします。
お客様への書類の到着をもって、登録完了となりますので、入札希望のオークション開催日の5日前までにお申し込みください。
登録が完了いたしましたら、メールにてパスワード設定のリンクをお送りいたします。
弊社からのメール（touroku@shinwa-auction.com）がブロックされていないことや迷惑メールに入っていないことをご確認ください。

If you are new to our auction, please register before the auction date you wish to Bidding.
When your registration has been confirmed, we will send the Password setting link by email.

オークション参加の事前申し込み / Application for participation
ライブビッディングシステムをご利用の場合には、ログイン後、オークション前日の15時までに参加されるオークションを「開催予定のオークション」から選択し、参加の事前申し込みを行っていただく必要があります。申し込みページは締め切り後、自動的に閉鎖されます。
<各オークションでご参加の申し込みが必要です。>
オークション参加登録が完了いたしましたら、パドル番号とともにメールでお知らせいたします。
弊社からのメール（touroku@shinwa-auction.com）がブロックされていないことや迷惑メールに入っていないことをご確認ください。
参加登録の完了のご連絡は、お時間がかかる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
If you wish to use the Live Bidding System after login, please select the auction from the “Upcoming Auction” and make an application in advance until 3:00 pm. (JST) the day before the auction.
After the deadline, the application system will be automatically closed.

When your application is completed, we will notify by email with your paddle number.
Please make sure that the email (touroku@shinwa-auction.com) it is not blocked or spam to the inbox.
Please note that it may take some time to receive the application completion mail.
オークション当日 / Day of the Auction
オークション当日は、ライブビッディングページよりログインし、入札画面から進行状況を確認し、入札を開始してください。
On the day of the auction, please login the Bidding Screen from the Live Bidding page to check the progress and start your Bidding.
オークション終了後 / After the Auction
ご落札後、ご請求書を郵送でお送りさせていただきます。期日内の代金お支払いをお願いいたします。また、商品の受け取り方法をお知らせください。
ID、パスワードは引き続き次回のオークションでもご使用いただきますので、大切に保管してください。
<参加の事前申し込みは、各オークションで必要となります。>
If you make a successful Bid, we will send you an invoice by email. Please make payment within payment due date and let us know how to ship the item.
And please keep the ID and Password in yourself as they can be used again at the next auction.
<Each auction needs the Application to using Live Bidding System, please make an application for each Auction. >
