ライブビッディングシステム注意事項 / Notice for Live Bidding System

〇注意事項
ライブビッディングシステム（以下、「本システム」）は、Shinwa Auction株式会社（以下、「当社」）が運営するウェブサイトにおいて、当社が開催するオークションにインターネット回線を通じて参加することのできるシステムをいい、このライブビッディングシステム注意事項（以下、「本注意事項」）は、本システムを利用する方（以下、「利用者」）に遵守していただく事項をまとめたものです。

本システムのご利用にあたり、利用者はあらかじめ本注意事項に承諾したものとみなします。また利用者は、本注意事項とは別にオークション規約・近代美術PartⅡオークション規約・ワインオークション規約・ライブビッディングシステム規約における全ての条件にも承諾したものとし、本注意事項と同様に適用されるものとします。

本システム利用には、諸手続きがありますので、オークション開催の前日15時までに手続きを済ませ、パドル番号を受け取ってください。

なお、購買希望のロットが落札できない、誤った落札がされるなどのことが起こりうる可能性がありますが、当社は理由の如何を問わず責任を負いません。

〇商品買い受けの申出
ライブビッディングページの入札画面において、商品買い受けの申出を行っていただきます。買い受けの申出の取り消しや買い受けの申出の金額の訂正は行うことはできません。なお、商品買い受け申出は、以下の場合に失効したします。

(1)お客様の買い受けの申出の金額より、高額の買い受けの申出の金額があった時
(2)競売人がお客様の買い受けの申出を採用しなかった時
(3)トラブル等によりライブビッディングシステムによる買い受けの申出が当社に到達しなかった場合
(4)最低売却価格に達せずオークションが終了した時
(5)オークションが中断した時

〇 Notice
This Live Bidding System (hereinafter referred to as the “System”) is a System operated by SHINWA AUCTION CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) that allow to be participate in an auction held by the Company through an internet. This Live Bidding System Notice (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”) is a summary of the matters to be followed by those who use this System (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”).

In addition, the user shall also agree to all of the following, “Terms and Conditions of the Auction”, “Terms and Conditions of Modern Art Part II Auction”, “Wine Auction” and “Terms and Conditions of Live Bidding System”. This Notice also shall be applied in the same.

To use this System, please complete the registration procedure and receive the paddle number by 3:00pm (JST) the day before the Auction.

Additionally, it is assumed that the Lot you wish to purchase cannot be awarded due to the following reasons and more, or an incorrect Bid will be made, however the Company are not responsible for any reasons.

〇Bid with Live Bidding System
Please Bid the Lot on Bidding Screen from Live Bidding page.
The Bid must be made by clicking the “Bid Button” display on the Bidding Screen which display images and other information of the item subject to Bid as well as status and changes in intended purchase price. The Company will not accept any cancellation of a Bid and/or modification of intended purchase price. Please note that the Bid on the Live Bidding shall be deemed void in the following circumstances:

(1) If a higher Bid is made (including Bids made by the Company on behalf of Prospective Buyers);
(2) If an Auctioneer does not to accept your Bid;
(3) If the line disconnection, trouble of this System or a server equipped with this System, etc.;
(4) If the Bidding ends without reaching the Reserved Price;
(5) If the Auction is suspended;

The Company does not make any warranty with respect to the accessibility to and contents of the Live Bidding pages.
